The majority of Mainland UK orders are delivered within 1-5 working days, with deliveries to Scotland and remote areas typically taking 1-7 working days.

Delivery timing is not essential to any contract, and we are not liable for losses, costs, or expenses caused directly or indirectly by delivery delays. For this reason, we recommend scheduling installers only after your order has arrived.

All deliveries require a signature unless otherwise authorized by you. If you authorize an unattended delivery, we accept no responsibility for missing or damaged goods. Please inspect packaging and products before signing; signing confirms that goods have been received in undamaged, satisfactory condition, and limits our ability to claim damages from the courier. Replacement goods will need to be purchased if damage is found after signing.

Please note that we provide kerbside delivery only; customers are responsible for moving the order to a secure location. Our drivers may assist at their discretion.

For couriered orders, any special instructions will be passed to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that their drivers will follow them.
